Chelsea Escher is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, focusing on functional movement and strength while helping people move more efficiently without pain. As a movement coach, she works with a variety of clientele with a niche focus on the prenatal and postpartum populations. As a Birth Doula, she works to help women navigate the normal changes that happen before, during, and after pregnancy and childbirth.

 

She moved to San Jose CA from NYC where she danced professionally while teaching fitness full time.

 

After experiencing many injuries herself, her love of learning, movement, and helping people led her down a new path, where she is going back to school to be a Physical Therapy Assistant. 

 

Chelsea teaches a variety of fitness modalities and is certified in Mat Pilates, TRX, Barre and has multiple specializations for the Pre/Postnatal populations.

 

Chelsea is a spunky, upbeat, enthusiastic instructor with a commanding yet supportive energy that will push you to want to be your best.
