
Approach to Training
I approach movement from a very anatomical standpoint. You will learn about your body and how it moves through space if you work with me. Connecting with your body is a powerful thing, and with consistency, you’ll see why we feel better when we move. Whatever your goals may be - make your workouts more challenging, increase your mobility, make your daily runs longer, find relief from the common stressors of pregnancy, connect to your core, recover from pregnancy and childbirth, get back into exercising after an injury, prepare for labor and childbirth, or anything else - I will work with you to reach them by helping you connect to your own body and build a lasting foundation of strength so you can feel good again.
After all, it’s your body. You live in it. Shouldn’t it feel good?
Working with me will never be boring. Whether with a private client or a group class, I design my programming so that you are challenged both mentally and physically. We will laugh, learn, and get to know each other well.
